The Students' Retreat 2026 (17th to 20th Oct)
The Students' Retreat 2026 in Beulah Gardens, Chennai begins on Saturday, 17th October with the morning meeting at 8.30 am and closes on Tuesday evening meeting on 20th October.
This camp is meant for students only. Apart from College and University students, 10th standard, Plus 1 and Plus 2 students can also participate in this camp. Principals, professors, lecturers, headmasters and teachers who teach students who are 14 years old and above, are welcome to this camp. Students under 14 years are not permitted to this camp, as this camp is strictly for young people only. Chennai city students too can reside in the camp as full participants. Please bring your Bible, your bed (roll) and sheets, plate and tumbler. Mothers with small babies and little children should avoid coming to retreat and sick people should not be brought to this camp.
This year also registration will be carried out online only. Those who are planning to attend Students' camp kindly follow the instructions.
Website for online Registration will be active from 20th August. Last date for online registrations by individuals is 1st October. Last date for centre leaders for registration approvals is 08th October.
Instructions for Students Camp Registration
All those who are planning to attend Students Camp 2026 need to be registered online as we were doing earlier. You need to access the registration form through this website and select the appropriate registration form (Boys / Girls / City / Evening) and proceed filling the registration form.
- There is no login required for registration.
- Separate registration forms are provided for Boys and Girls in the website. Kindly do registration of boys and girls separately as counters for registration for boys and girls are separate in BG.
- Select your region / state by selecting the drop-down box (Andhra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Other states). Then select your centre name from the drop-down box.
- Open the registration form and fill up all details which we ask every year: your name, age, gender, qualification, occupation, centre name, your arrival date, train name, departure date, mobile number and email.
- In addition you need to enter your centre leader / referral name and mobile number.
- You can also read instructions provided in the website when filling the registration form.
- Only individual registration is allowed; group registration or team registration is not possible.
- Once you submit registration, your registration form is forwarded to your respective centre leader for concurrence and approval.
- After centre leader's approval, registration confirmation will be sent to individuals through the email address provided by the student at the time of filling the form.
- Once registered, registration cancellation or change of details are not possible through online by individuals. However your centre leader has the provision to manage your registration to edit, reject and cancel.
General Instructions
- Upon entering Beulah Gardens, you must register yourselves at the registration counters. Boys' and girls' registration is done at the Registration building located at the first gate.
- The registration fee is Rs.50 which need to be paid at Registration counter in BG.
- If anyone who registered is unable to participate should contact their centre leaders before 10th October or registration team after 10th October.
- We will be publishing your badge number in the same registration website on 14th October. All centre leaders can login to site using their credentials and note all registrations badge numbers of their centre and inform all their participants.
- When you arrive at BG Registration counter, kindly inform your badge number to locate your badge and complete the registration process quickly.
- Accommodation allotment is done in advance and your accommodation is printed in your badge.
Transport Information
Beulah Gardens is just 5 km to the north of Red Hills, Chennai, on the Calcutta highway. You have to find your own transport to the camp. However we hire buses to transport those who wish to use them from the Central and Egmore Railway Stations to Beulah Gardens. The leaders of major centres and others who want transport facility must inform their transport requirements before 10th October. (Contact No: 094433-41980)
