The International Students’ Camp 2024 (10th Oct to 13th Oct)

The Students’ Camp 2024 in Beulah Gardens, Chennai begins on Thursday - 10th October with the morning meeting at 8.30 am and closes on Sunday - 13th October with the evening meeting.

Website for online Registration will be active from 15th August. Last date for online registrations by individuals is 22nd September. Last date for centre leaders for registration approvals is 29th September.

  1. This camp is meant for students only. Apart from College and University students, 10th standard, Plus 1 and Plus 2 students can also participate in this camp.
  2. Principals, professors, lecturers, headmasters and teachers who teach students who are 14 years old and above are welcome to this camp. Chennai city students too can reside in the camp as full participants.
  3. Students under 14 years and those in 9th standard and below, are not permitted to this camp, as this camp is strictly for students only.
  4. Men and women above 35 years are also not permitted to this camp.
  5. Mothers with small babies and little children should avoid coming to retreat and sick people should not be brought to this camp.
  6. Retreat registration forms to be filled online through website only.
  7. Emails, SMS, Whatsapp messages and Excel documents will not be accepted.

Instructions for Students Camp online Registration:

All those who are planning to attend Students Camp 2024 are requested to register online through our website www.studentscamp.org by filling the provided registration form.

  1. Login or account creation is not required for registration.
  2. Registration forms are seperate for Boys and Girls in the website. (As there will be seperate registration counters for boys and girls in Beulah Gardens.)
  3. First select your region from the drop down box provided. (Example: Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Other states and Overseas.)
  4. Kindly fill all the fields in the registration form. (Centre Name, Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Qualification, Occupation, Email ID, Mobile Number, Address, Arrival Date, Train Name, Departure Date, Etc.,)
  5. In addition you need to enter your centre leader name and mobile number.
  6. Only individual registration is allowed, group registration or team registration is not possible.
  7. Once you submit registration, your registration form is forwarded to your respective centre leader for verification and approval.
  8. After centre leader’s approval, an email will be sent to the registrant.
  9. Once registered, cancellation or change of details are not possible online by individuals. Hence, care should be taken while filling up registration forms. Kindly do not re-register or re-submit your details again. However, your centre leader has the provision to edit and manage your registration details.

Instructions to Centre Leaders:

  1. Provision is made in this website for Centre In-charges to create their account by entering centre’s login ID (centre leader email address) and password to enable them to manage their centre’s registration list.
  2. Registration team will validate credentials of centre leader and enable your login account. Upon successful activation of your account, confirmation email will be sent to your email address along with instructions.
  3. Centre leaders should approve all registrations of his/her centre. Centre leaders must take utmost care to bring only earnest seekers of salvation and spiritual growth.
  4. Only one unique login will be provided to each centre.
  5. Emails or centre Excel registration forms are no more accepted. Hence, it is mandatory to register online.
  6. Individual online registration is mandatory to attend retreat, without registering kindly avoid coming to retreat.

General Instructions:

  1. Please bring your Bible, your bed (roll) and sheets, plate and tumbler.
  2. Upon entering Beulah Gardens, you must Checkin yourselves at the registration counters. Boys’ Checkin is done at the Registration building located at the first gate and girls' Checkin is done at the Capernaum building (adjacent to the main prayer hall).
  3. The registration fee is Rs.50 to be paid at Registration counter at the time of checkin.
  4. If anyone who registered is unable to attend the retreat should inform their centre leaders before 4th October or inform registration team after 4th October.
  5. Badge number will be displayed on the website on 6th October. And centre leaders are required to download their centre's badge numbers to inform their registrants.
  6. When you arrive at the Registration counter, kindly note and provide your badge number for quick checkin.
  7. Your accommodation details will be printed on your badge.

Transport:

Beulah Gardens is just 5 km to the north of Red Hills, Chennai, on the Calcutta highway. You have to find your own transport to the camp. However we hire buses to transport those who wish to use them from the Central and Egmore Railway Stations to Beulah Gardens. The leaders of major centres and others who want transport facility must inform their transport requirements before 7th October. (Contact No: 094433-41980)
